Many things going on and keeping me busy.  The running group is still going strong every Saturday morning at Bachman Lake, 9am working our way up to the 5k.  

We've really pushed the cancer awareness in the hispanic or bilingual community, which I feel there is a huge need, we've started www.PincheCancer.org. And today Christina (Co-Founder) and I were invited to take part in the Community Health Fair in Ducanville, TX. Great response!   

I'm doing well, still a bit tired and drinking 3-4 bottles of 32oz of water or a day plus vitamins.  And I've started to be more active working my way slowly back up to the 5k this year. After an aggressive chemo treatment, a year seems like nothing with all the side effects from fatigue, nauropathy, memory loss and even arthritis.  But all is well for now, my next follow-up is next Month. Wish me luck! 

Muchas cosas pasando y me mantiene ocupado. El grupo se está ejecutando todavía va fuerte y Sábado en Bachman Lake, de 9am-10am estamos entrenando para el evento en Junio, hasta el kilómetro 5 corriendo o caminando.

Realmente hemos empujado la conciencia sobre el cáncer en la comunidad hispana o bilingüe, que siento que hay una gran necesidad. Hemos empezado a www.PincheCancer.org. Y hoy junto con Cristina (co-fundadora) fuimos  a participar en la Feria de Salud de la Comunidad en Ducanville, TX. 

Lo estoy haciendo bien, todavía un poco cansado y bebiendo 3-4 botellas de 32 oz de agua junto con vitaminas al día. Y he comenzado a ser más activos trabajando mi camino lentamente hacia atrás hasta el kilómetro 5 de este año. Después de untratamiento de quimioterapia agresiva, un año parece casi nada,  con todos los efectos secundarios sin energia y much sueno, nauropathy pérdida de memoria, e incluso artritis. Pero todo está bien por ahora, mi siguiente cita con mis doctores es el mes que viene. Deséame suerte!
